Terms & Conditions

To enable Piccolo Pre-school Nursery to maintain high standards we would ask all parents to be aware of and abide by the following conditions

1 We admit children from 2½ years’ to school age
2 To register your child a non refundable deposit of £10.00 is required
3 All fees are invoiced termly and are due within 7 days of the invoice. A fee of £5.00 per day will apply if payments not received within 7 days of the date of the invoice
4 Absence due to holidays or sickness should be notified by telephone. No refunds or reductions are made for absences
5 If your child becomes ill during the session, the parent will be contacted or emergency contact indicated on the registration form. If the child is suffering from a communicable illness, that child should _not_ be brought to the pre-school until such time as the infection has cleared
6 To terminate your contract with Piccolo Pre-school Nursery, six weeks written notice is required; fees are still payable during this time
7 Please supply plimsolls or slippers for wearing during the sessions
8 Sweets, chocolates, and fizzy drinks are not allowed. Please do not allow children to bring jewelry or money to pre-school
9 Please take great care when using the car park. Piccolo Pre-school Nursery accepts no responsibility for injury, damage, or loss to person, vehicle, or property
